Are You Using Proper Form In Your Workouts?

How many times have you gone to the gym and just watched the circus that goes on around you?

What I mean by that is people more concerned with how much weight they are using versus using proper form and technique.

People slinging the weights using every muscle except the ones they are supposed to be using, relying on momentum versus making the muscle do the work. It’s only a matter of time before the person is likely to get injured.

Besides, using proper form is only going to ensure that you are isolating the right muscles and guess what? You are going to become stronger than you’ve ever been, but using good form as well! It’s a win win!

So, check your ego at the door, make sure you use proper form when training and watch and see how much faster you see results!
